Refund & Replacement Policy (For Customers)

Effective From: 29-JUNE-2025

 Replacement Eligibility:

  • Only accepted for incorrect, damaged, broken, or faulty products.
  • No replacement for "change of mind".

Timeframe:

  • Free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement charges apply if the request is made after 7 days.
  • Complaints accepted up to 30 days after delivery.

 Replacement Process:

  • Customer must share a video of the issue with the product.
  • Our team will guide you first, in case it’s a usage issue.

If proven faulty, two options:

  • Option A: Customer sends the product to:
    Tazah Global LLC, Warehouse #13, Plot #4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE
    → Replacement shipped within 5 working days after receiving product.
  • Option B: We arrange a pickup & replacement within 14 working days.

Product must be returned in original box + accessories.

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds are offered under any circumstance.
