Applies To: All stores partnered with Tazah Global / Zambeel
β Replacement Eligibility:

Only accepted for incorrect, damaged, broken, or faulty products.

No replacement for "change of mind".
π Timeframe:

Free replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement charges apply if the request is made after 7 days.

Complaints accepted up to 30 days after delivery.
π Replacement Process:

Customer must share a video of the issue with the product.

Our team will guide you first, in case itβs a usage issue.
If proven faulty, two options:

Option A: Customer sends the product to:
Tazah Global LLC, Warehouse #13, Plot #4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE
β Replacement shipped within 5 working days after receiving product. -
Option B: We arrange a pickup & replacement within 14 working days.
π Product must be returned in original box + accessories.
β Refund Policy:

No refunds are offered under any circumstance.
